Update: 早上USCIS来了一通绿卡批了的通知， 结果最后来了一封：
Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity
On May 11, 2015, the Department of State returned your case, Receipt Number
LIN1490491184, to us for further review and we mailed you a notice affirming
our original approval. Please contact the Department of State directly for
any further information on your case.
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include
USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the
National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/
petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal
and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
搜了一下好像以前没人提过收到类似的email， 不是有问题了吧， 怎么Department of
State 会返回我的case？

RD: 04/2014
2月网上SR当月有回复， 没找议员没有折腾relink
04/01 USCIS网上改status要RFE，大概十二天以后律师收到，是重新体检，雇佣证明和
工资单
04/26 网上显示RFE收到
05/11 Card ordered
