你看一下receipt里面的PD是否是对的？

可能之前的PD没有被正确的carry over

新公司新perm新PD吧，EB3又不能升级。可能你的EB2和EB3是不同的雇主，所以不能

PD是可以carry over的，所以这个跟升级不升级没关系。重点是看USCIS是否弄错你的

reject的notice上估计只写说他的PD没有current。应该不会把系统的PD列出来说明吧
。
