Now I am changing from one university to another one. Due to some reason, my
new H1b will not be SUBMITTED due to the delay in the Department of Labor
before my old H1b expires.
1. Are there any way I can stay in the US legally? There will be only about
5-10 days gap.
2. Now I am thinking about submit Eb1A application. Will that keep me stay
in the US legally during the gap?
