I guess:
2010: 300 at most
2011: hard to say, maybe 400-500, don't forget who downgrade into EB3 this
year (PD before 11/10/21) they will become soon,
2012 (Jan-Sep), downgraded EB2 maybe 400-600+
those are not downgraded: maybe 500, definitely lower than 1000,
No idea about the number later than Sep,

今年财年一年EB3才只进到过11年10月，奥本坚持不放EB3，说明EB3名额应该没有浪费
。除去少数原装EB3，今年EB3的名额都用在了10年-11年10月的PD上。加上后来BE2放水
。11年10月前没绿的，应该不多了。。。

意味着进入新财年后，排期即便倒退也会停在2011年底或2012年初嘛？ 我觉得这样挺好

are the fewest of any three month periods in 2011 and 2012. so maybe it is
true that it will easily reach to the end of 2011 in the new fiscal year.

希望11年底前的人不多，可看置顶时间线统计，还有不少人没绿。放水结束回退能进入
12年初就不错了，能到12年中的话，那就是浑水摸到不少鱼，客观需求的数目在那里,
想快些也难，除了大量发超额。
