特别是新人。

reviews problematic RFEs that stakeholders send to the

are systemic issues that require additional training and guidance. In
addition, the Directorate monitors the RFE rates for each classification to
determine whether there are any trends or issues that need to be addressed.
Stakeholders are encouraged to submit examples of problematic RFEs.
Please note that the petitioner is still required to respond to an RFE even
if it sends a copy of the RFE to the [email protected]
