EB2（NIW）13年的PD 去年交的485，EAD也拿到了，今天却收到下面关于140的邮件。一
头雾水，怀疑是之前140批了后被当做人在境外要求去大使馆面谈。这是律师乌龙吗？
请有经验的人不吝赐教。谢谢！
