降级 140 PP 一天就批了 (更新律师回复 + 求建议）# EB23 - 劳工卡

体检去年5月做的，快要过期有点儿急。
上个月律师主动发信问要不要降级，于是高兴地从了。
昨天查140状态还是：
On April 5, 2016, we received your request for premium-processing of your
Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker
今天就变成：
On April 6, 2016, we approved your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien
Worker。
吓了一跳，不过还是很高兴的说。那么接下来是要干啥，让律师去发信要求relink到
485么？
看到2013的很多PD都绿了，求早绿啊，等得黄花菜都凉了。

刚才收到律师回复：
Thanks for letting us know.
The next step will be for USCIS to link your pending I-485 to the EB-3
petition. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline on how quick USCIS
can complete the process. We just have to wait for USCIS for notify us
of the next steps. Once the I-485 is linked to the EB3 petition, they
will continue processing the I-485 where they left off as long as the EB-3
priority date remains current.
We will let you know if we get any notifications from USCIS.
现在就是被动等么？ 可以自己做relink 的request 吗？ 是打电话还是发电子邮件还
是发平邮。 新手上路在精华区考了一下古, 但信息太多看得有点儿晕了， 求指点。
