律师要结婚证的翻译件，还要求有第三方证明：“You may translate the document(s
) yourself, but a third party (non-family member) must certify that the
translation is complete and accurate, and that s/he is a familiar with both
the foreign language and with English ”
这个第三方必须是有公证人资格的么？

申请材料是用UPS寄送的。 ups小伙问寄送地址，我告诉他了。但是我忘记告诉他attn
：H4。
今天查ups，说材料已经被签收了。不知道uscis那边会不会因为我没写attn:H4，而不
接受我们的申请材料啊....
我是不是需要联系一下uscis呢？
ps 材料的第一页是我们写的statement，上面说明了申请的内容和材料清单。

不需要。让你熟人写段话，certify一下。然后你熟人的话需要notarize一下。后者需
要到附近银行做一下，灰常简单。

信封上不用。我就写的USCIS的地址。

后来我在uscis的网站上查到了如下信息：
Intake Process
The Lockbox Service provider performs the following activities when
processing incoming applications and petitions:
Receive, open, sort and stage mail;
Prepare and scan documents;
Enter document data in system from scanned images;
Accept or reject applications and related fees based on business rules;
Balance applications and fees;
Deposit payments to the U.S. Treasury;
Send receipt notices for accepted applications to the applicant and
designated representative;
Return rejected applications to the applicant or designated representative;
Transmit application data to USCIS and payment data to U.S. Department of
Treasury; and
Send application files to the appropriate USCIS service center or field
office for further processing.
In addition, USCIS-staffed Case Resolution Units adjudicate fee waiver
requests and whenever possible resolve issues with application packages so
they can be accepted and sent to a USCIS office for further processing.
