I understand your concerns. Please allow me to discuss further with our
counsels before proceeding. Because you already have an employment based
green card apprlication (I-485) Adjustment of Status pending, I’m not sure
if we can file another one under the EB3 category without complicating the
process with USCIS.

本来也不是file another one (I-485) under the EB3 category啊
是申请另一个EB-3 I-140,批准后把EB-2的I-485挂靠过去
