求问万能的版主，下周末180天。新公司今天要求尽快H1B transfer，才刚开始。
上次看板上说180天内H1B transfer会有离开spouse公司的证据，不知道具体指什么。
因为刚开始申请，估计submit到USCIS早过180天了，F家有多慢大家都知道。
还是简单点，直接拖一个星期不回复，等下下周填表？

如果你可以下周一和新公司律师联系，看看他们需要什么材料，和他们说好到周末会把
材料准备齐。等律师收到材料的时候已经过了180天了。
当然，新工作开始时间超过180天就行了。

材料准备齐。等律师收到材料的时候已经过了180天了。
当然，新工作开始时间超过180天就行了。

It may be considered as 1099-MISC other income. If it is not $600+, they do
not need to report it.

谁记得申请的时候说是给1099int还是misc呢？

确定？记得以前的popular bank发的misc不到$600呀。。。。
我报税的时候还填了呢。。。

popular bank的1099misc我也收到了，可能不同银行不一样？不知道pnc在干吗，还给
不给税表，我都准备寄出去了。

’t get one since they don’t report bonuses/interest under $600. Does

Yea, $600 is for other things. Bank bonuses are $10 threshold, I believe.
Give it another week and see if it comes.
