其中有个律师的tweets, 感觉这个移民律师比这里大部分都要悲观的看这个政策啊。

The Administration is trying to bypass the Immigration and Nationality Act

我在别的贴里提到有人说h1b extension deny会导致140 deny是从这个律师传出来的。
但是trackitt上说这个律师不是很信得过。

我感觉他说的的确跟大部分人的判断不一样。我觉得情况没有坏到他说那么严重。不过
的确有一点，如果对于140通过180天以后的h1b延期，如果移民局没有申请人是欺诈的
证据，是不是违反了AC21中关于180天以后可以延期的规定？
就是说移民局可以取消以前默认都是批准h1b延期的规定，但是针对140批准180天后的
h1b延期申请，如果没有证据证明申请人欺诈，而是只是以调整批准的标准（比如
computer programmer的工资低于7万）为理由，这个是不是违反了AC21？打官司的时候
移民局有多大把握能够胜诉, 移民局应该是有法律顾问评估过相关的情况，但是说不好
上来的这个反移民的新局长下命令乱搞，这也是考验美国的民主制度的时候。
