All the others responded 6 weeks ago
Still waiting, new company wants me to start new job in 2 weeks, I did not
tell them yet I still need jform
By that time, if still not approved, will old company which submit the jform
from
Give me trouble
How much risk, do I need to ask new company give me another jform

如果是NIW/EB1，180天前也无风险

为啥说无风险，我是早过了180 天了
需要现在跟新公司提Jform吗
还是先用ead 上班，走着看

实在是不明白为何你不和新公司说需要J表的事情。

I have Jform submitted already, just waiting to be approved
if so , no need
CIS is just so slow, which make my decision so hard

感觉没啥危险，不要错过机会。
提供个j表而已，就是自己都能填。要是新公司真想要你，不会为了j表为难你。

既然已经交J form了，就等绿吧。可以SR找议员。没看出什么风险
