正在给老婆申h4，她以前申请过家庭移民F2A，不过在排期到了后岁数已经过了21岁，
File 485后case被退回，移民局的理由是已经过了21岁，所以变成了f2b，F2B的排期比
我的EB2还长。
我在填I-539form的时候不知道那个A-Number是否该写她485case上的那个A-Number
还有I-539form里Part 4的几个问题是否都要选‘YES’？
