PD是8/15/2017，TSC，十月底有了消息说是需要补材料，结果十一月底也没有收到
notice，然后给USCIS打电话重新寄了一份，一直到上个礼拜才收到。
1.Your response must be received in this office by January 25, 2018(Amended
date 3/12/2018),这个amended date是不是更新后的deadline？
2.Notice里面前面说了一堆废话比如USCIS开始用Matter of Dhanasar作为标准，然后
列出了评判的三个条件，再然后说道the petitioner has not submitted sufficient
evidence to establish that an exemption from the requirement of a job offer,
and thus a labor certification, is in the national interest of the United
States. Therefore, USCIS requests additional evidence。请问：另外两个条件没
有提到是不是说明已经达标了，只需要在rfe里提供关于labor certification
exemption的证据即可？这样的rfe应该怎么回复？
