但是他因为去外地，没回我，
我就refund了
结果他回来了，还想和我交易
它寄不了钱给我了，我也寄不出invoice,因为ebay上显示已经付了钱了，

我要怎样才能收到钱？

paypal is not letting me send you a payment and telling me to go through
ebay, and ebay is saying that it is already paid. is there anyway you can
send me another buy now option through ebay?
