I ordered it from online, so I just took the order confrimation( no packing
list with the printer) to the counter, manager helped me to do PM. Refunded
me $30+tax to credit card. I did not do printer recycle, just did HP PC+
printer rebate($70) purchased in the same day.

我不行，local店买的只能 return and rebuy, recycle就废了，
因为有一旦pm超过 50，我就干脆return and rebuy 了，废了50 rebate
online 可以chat pm，好像基本过了，也YMMV
