一个月，写信说东西坏了。让她去找厂家，偏说盒子里没有warranty card。我寄的时
候看到就在最
上层搁着。明显是撒谎。
还没留feedback，怎么处理？

这还不算坏的。
真坏人直接dispute信用卡，说东西坏了。你啥都拉不下。

Return, then you can get the stuff back at least. If it is really needs
service, you have to contact manufacture for warranty service. Too many
times happened to me.
Usually, if the buyer just want to get few $$ back, buyer won't return it
back to. you.

很多东西，只要serial number，不需要什么warranty card。

Tell the buyer to call manufacturer. The warranty card is not a proof of
purchase; it's simply a way to collect customer information. So most
manufacturers will warrant the warranty. You may need to give the buyer
information of date and place of the original purchase.
