You should ask to talk with his/her supervisor.

I just got it. You asked for the receipt for the prepaid mail. Maybe what PO guy said is right.

国企就是国企，中国美国一个样,this is policy,国内叫这是规定。。。而且国企的人啥都不怕
唯一的办法，自己打label不买保险，去邮局买保险。。。哪怕花一分钱，他也得给
receipt。或者花几毛钱买个delivery confirmation之类的

are you presenting 'scan form'? there are instructions on it, they have to
scan it. tell them that is a new feature
since last Nov.

我猜prepaid的是不是本来就supposed是直接扔盒子的，所以不需要给你receipt，呵呵

ms木用，我带过这个form，如果没ems，人家还是不scan，直接就说：fine了，你可以
滚了

邮局的公务员非常牛
我打电话查个状态，问些问题
都很粗鲁的草草回答后很快挂电话
