Thank you for faxing your receipt.
We have reviewed your Staples receipt from 3/27/2010. The reason this
purchase did not automatically credit to your account is because it is not
eligible to earn Cash Back.
Please refer to the FAQ section of your Shopper Discounts and Rewards. Under
the Cash Back Network section which states: If you choose to use coupons
and specials that are not listed on The Cash Back Network site, we cannot
guarantee that you will be eligible to receive a Cash Back discount
