有人要在ebay买我的电脑，说要寄到Russia。说是买过很多，都没问题。
我看了看也是，有小件有大件，有在香港买的，有在美国买的，300多feedback,100%.
还是不太放心。有人有经验么？关税他说没问题。要是真寄，用啥寄呢？大约多少钱？
多谢。穷人只有一个包子奉上。

It's OK to ship there. They have to pay customs duty. You can claim the
value a little bit lower than sale price if you want to save the insurance
cost and his duty. You cannot claim more than $2500 for international sale
since you have to pay U.S. customs then.
USPS express is the easiest and relatively safe way to ship there. Just make
sure you understand every international shipping may have risk of loss. You
need insurance for sure. Ipad will cost about $50 to ship there. You have
to go to U

另外amazon上有billing委内瑞拉，shipping FL的，也是一个电脑，能寄么？

No one can guaranttee the safety for that.
Just make sure the paypal shows sell protection eligible and you buy
signature upon delivery.
