I opened the Intuit Website Creator box over the weekend to start working on
my website only to discover that there is no CD, but only an access code
and password in the box. I went to the website as directed on the
instructions, but was unable to find a location to enter in the codes. I
called customer support and the person indicated that they no longer support
this boxed "software". Therefore, the item has no value.
Please indicate how I can get a refund.

My 2 cents:
If what s/he said was true, then issue the refund.
If not, then tell him/her how to get the software so that s/he will quit
bitching about it.

But if you sell something that's defective (if the buyer cannot get the real
software), then you're responsible yah. Unless you specified in your
original listing that you're not responsible if buyer cannot get the
software. :p
