要正常结束lease搬出来
结果 leasing 说我没有提前两个月通知他们
要罚钱大概 1k
我刚开始的时候以为是合同上有的就同意了签字了
但是没有给钱了
现在我把合同读了一遍没有发现有关条款
只有一个说 early termination 的
这个我怎么处理

仔细看lease,这个基本是标准条款，没有的话你可以告他们

moving out procedure没有么？那你去small claim court告他们好了，其实他们应该
会给你发信的

有说 zero day notification
我们的理解（很多人看了）到了最后一天才通知都是可以的

normally, if you don't notify landlord, it is default to move out on lease
end day.
