他都过了14天退货期呀。
又让他白玩一个月？左右为难呀。
I was submitting feedback, but decided to wait. FYI -- this would have been
my response....
1 star = Aweful: Phone was a gift. When received and used, the touchpad
did not operate correctly. Now it will not operate at all. Can only be
used to receive calls. yyber will not take the merchandise back for a
refund! I will never, ever trade with this company again.
Please change my view of your company. Call me on the phone if you need to.

你们觉得feedback对销售的影响大吗？
只有10个feedback，被这人搞一下就要搞晕了。估计只有忍气吞声了。妈的，太坏了。

主要是封帐号的问题吧
fb的问题我觉得还好，病人最关心的还是价格把

如果你的出货量少，negative feedback>1%,amazon就会review account, even close.

If it passed 30-day, then don't return -- evil may come back later to
purchase something from you and ask refund again. Doing so lures bing ren to
take advantage from you.
Last year, bing ren sent me a few emails to ask for refund Expedited
shipping because she thought the package should arrive one day early,
otherwise she has right to leave negative feeback. I told her to go ahead to
do what you likes to do and I will leave response to you feedback and
everyone will know what is going on here, since expedited shipping takes 2-6
business days after ship plus up to 2 business days for handling by Amazon
policy. So she never left me feedback.
If you have few feedbacks, just sell cheap items with the lowest price and
increase your sell volume and get more feedback to low you negative feedback
percentage.
