我去，这个Charge Back可以在付款后多长时间收回？
那一般通过Paypal做生意岂不是都冒着很大的风险？？

不是直觉，全是基本常识。
craigslist交易，cash only.
剩下的就是注意安全，数量大的银行，警察局交易。
其他全是骗子。

主要是离我最近的PUBLIC地方就是它.

Check your paypal account and then you can find he doesn't pay you. It was
fake if you recieved email from paypal. Right email should be from servis of
paypal. Or call costumer office for confirm.
Be careful, no free lunch
