8/9/2010在Amazon卖掉一个Canon EF 28-135mm镜头
8/27/2010她leave a positive feedback说
“Item came very fast, and is perfect!”
前几天却联系我说那个镜头 自从买来试了两次 照片都模糊
还附了张照片 我看了感觉貌似是对焦不准
我就建议她 试试take off UV filter之类
今天突然她file a A-Z claim.
我写的return policy是14天以内,早已经超过了
我是应该投降"issue full refund"还是"represent yourself"?
有多少胜算呢?请有类似经验的神医支个招,万分感激!

before he file a-z, you should surrender
after he file a-z, you should fight
let him return and pay shipping plus you charge 15% restocking fee
since he already left positive fb, so no worry about getting negative FB
you will win if he insist the quality is bad.

disatisfaction does not count
let him pay for shipping and restocking fee (if found non-defective) will
usually stop it from returning

一些信息:
Claim Type: Item was not as described
Subreason: Item condition/details not as described
Buyer Comments:
Item not working as a customer expectations,customer contacted to seller but
seller didnt reply.hence file the A-to-z claim for this problem.

You can win A-Z even if buyer says it's bad quality?

two options:
1. ask him to withdraw claim, then you full refund/return etc.
2. if he no reply, represent case, insist you sold new in box, product is
product, cannot expect 200$ lens behave like 1000$ lens. you shipped new in
package, as described. give return instruction, let him mail it back to you
and you are responsible for determine if it is "defective". if non-defective
, only because he is not satisfied, 15% restocking.
you have better chance then him.

这个镜头卖的时候标的是used. 我之前用的都没有问题
但是他/她 发我的照片 确实有点模糊, 我怀疑他自己摔过或怎么样的...
因为时隔三个月才联系我 实在可疑
我该怎么办? Thanks a ton.

Buyers on Amazon does not have an ID like eBay ID.
Sorry, I cannot disclose the customer's name here.
Update: I just represent my case today,
Waiting for amazon's decision.

After I represent my case, I never hear from amazon again.
Nor can I see the claim in my amazon seller account.
Anyone know what usually happens after
the case is represented?
