小弟最近在ebay上卖了点东西，今天突然收到paypal的limited的邮件，进怕呀爬了一
看，需要重新提供信用卡，photo ID，和confrim location，这些都好办，有两个不知
道怎么弄

supplier's information:
Please provide your supplier's phone number and address to confirm the
origin of the goods that you're selling. We will handle your information in
accordance with our privacy policy.
我也没有invoice，supplier也远在中国，请问各位大侠，这种情况怎么处理呢？谢谢。
