ebay's Stock Picture for this model shows dual-tray, but it is actually
single tray. Now my patient is coming to me:
I bought the printer based on the picture and was expecting the dual tray
that is dipicted in the picture. The one I received is a single tray. you
are misrepresenting your item. I see that you do not accept returns, but the
printer I received is not the one in the picture, what can we do to resolve
this delima?
