RT，usps tracking也有证明送到，buyer还给了positive feedback，但是buyer的信用
卡公司还是要charge back这笔钱。搞了一个月了，未果，好像paypal很无能。
这算什么名堂？有谁碰到过的，虽然就50刀，但是很不爽！他们的seller protection
哪里去了！

那我还真不知道我要出示什么证明了，usps trackin也有，buyer连好评都给了。这么
说来，只要用信用卡在ebay买东西，到后来都可以赖账？

You can google, you can call paypal.
And you will find out credit card charge backs are not covered.
According to paypal, it is your cost to do business. period.

unauthorized & non receipt will not be posted as chargebacks.

拖了大半个月，今天收到paypal的update：
The buyer's card issuer has reviewed the information you submitted and
maintains that the buyer's chargeback is valid.
If you have any additional information to support your case, please submit
it as soon as possible by file upload or fax. You can upload or fax this
information by clicking Add below.
Fax: 402-537-5755

Please remember to use the PayPal fax cover sheet. It helps us process your
information more quickly and resolve your chargeback more efficiently.
We will review any additional information you submit and determine the best
way to proceed. If this chargeback is unwarranted, our goal is to help you

基本上charge back就没有能赢的,即使你有买家亲笔签名,信用卡公司这么做也是有病

为啥我的discover卡那么烂
上次在OD网上买东西选择local pick up，结果到了local说没货，系统有错误。每次联
系OD都说退钱，几个月了联系n次了也没戏；dispute 信用卡，我提交的材料人家从来
不看，OD给个回复就说这个order valid。

那paypal 平时收我们service fee算作什么的阿，这种时候不和信用卡公司fight。丫
还给了好评，脑子不是一点点坏。

It seems Amazon is better that PayPal. I won on Amazon with signature proof
for cc charge back.

我有一次寄到俄罗斯的被charge back了，Paypal cover了阿。总共$150左右吧。

这个很明显是amex,过3个月dispute snad的除了amex，什么卡都不照

打开Paypal看了看，总额223。我就是把tracking number 给他们。当时还害怕会输，
因为tracking information显示的是"At the destination Post office",没有显示
delivery.但是Paypal 全部cover了。

我有buyer过了5个多月 charge back, 说是unauthorized, paypal调查后判我赢了.
