He bought 2 camera and claimed that one of them is not working....
We just received our 2 camera's and opened the first one and put the
batteries in and the screen would not come on? We checked the batteries and
everything like that but nothing on the screen. We tried the second camera
and it comes right up?
When we turn the one on we hear the same beep or sound but not screen?
Please let me know how we return this and get another one sent out or a
refund

that is possible. I have few returns like that, but so far they were dropped
from the correct place.

make sure the address that ship back is same as the one you ship to
track the tracking number he ship back, if it is not the same zipcode, dees
may use other people bad camera return back to you, of course, if you have
serial number on file then you can figure it out too

直接告诉他，你这种drop ship的，不管。随便让他找amazon去。
他一个帐号只能file 5次 a-z。

but you do not do not know he has so many accounts. register new accounts
every day. is amazon A to Z strictly enforced for only 5 per lifetime per
customer or 5 per account only?
he only use new accounts to buy. I think. if you click on his account, you
will see "just launched"

我没有SERIAL号码啊。这个人到底是干什么啊？我真的不相信有一个照相机坏了。那个
是封装在那种硬塑料壳子里的，不会有什么问题的。
他寄回来有什么好处啊？难道他有现成的坏的寄给我？
小笔买卖啊，这下全陪了。。。
如果是诈骗，我要报案给警察了。

，再多卖几个赚回来。拿回来要是真defective，退货，没坏就charge他restocking

如果是真的照相机坏了，我就认了。怎么能保证机子是从RECEIVER ZIP CODE寄出呢？
难道到时候发现不是，就不退钱？

写了这封信回复他，大家看看行不：
Dear Stephen,
Thanks for your inquiry. Please read carefully about our return guidance:
1.All the returns must be approved by our customer services. Please call our
customer services number XXXXXXX to get an approval. The recipient of the
products must make the phone call (Sean Kartchner or E A MILLER).
2. All the defect products must be returned from the same State to where the
products were shipped to (in our case, it is UT 84319). We do not accept
any products shipped from other places to make sure that the products
returned are really the products that were originally shipped from us. It
has brought to our attention that some fake defect products were returned
since the serial numbers do not match. We reserve the rights to report to
the police about any suspicious fraudulent returns.
3. Once the return is approved, we will send a Fedex shipping label with
tracking numbers to you. You must use this shipping label and drop off the
return box at the Fedex in UT.
4. After we received the returned product, we will examine if all the parts
are included. And if it is really defective, we will return it to the
manufacture and give you the refund.
5. If the product does not have problems, we will charge 35% of the stocking
fees plus the return shipping cost. And the remaining will be refunded to
you through Amazon.
We strongly recommend the buyer call the manufacture to resolve any
technical or defect issues. However, if the buyer wants to return the
product to us, we are happy to take it back as long as the buyer follows our
return guidance.
