I bought a used 38 lbs heavy electronics. After testing, it is NOT working
properly. In the seller's listing, said, it is fully functional. Maybe it is
not packed well, got damaged during shipping.
I filed a dispute on ebay, but got final descision today, it is favored on
the seller's side. The reason is that seller does NOT allow to return.
Fxxk that Ebay Buyer Protection. Totally BULL SHIT. For this program, ebay
need to pay the return shipping fee for the buyer. The package is 38lbs, it
may cost almost $50. Ebay really sucks.
As before, the buyer pay for the return shipping fee, then get full refund.
该死的恶霸! 高出那么多新名堂, 没有几个实用的. 保护费, 在不断的增加. 够恶心的!

我都是老江湖了. EBAY上都不知道打拼多少个春秋了.
这次, 居然还被恶霸调戏了.
DISPUTE, 就是NOT AS DESCRIBED.
现在不能直接在PAYPAL上 DISPUTE EBAY的TRANSACTION了.

你问问这儿的seller，碰上dispute有几个不输的。
我他娘的严重怀疑paypal是2头吃。

ITEM NOT RECEIVED, 就是BUYER赢.
废话, 没有收到. 当然拿回钱来.
同时FILE了2个DISPUTE.
1个是4磅的, 另外1个就是这个38磅的.
4磅的那个电子产品也是坏的, 打官司, 赢了, EBAY出钱打包裹单.
那个包裹单, 足够牛X的, UPS GROUND 和 USPS PARCEL MAIL, 在一张纸上. 通常的那
种SHIPPING LABEL. 他们各自一半. 如果你 drop 到UPS, 他们就 scan UPS的条形码.
反之, USPS.
38磅的那个, EBAY一看, 重量如此之重. 计算了他们要亏损的退还运费. 结果就判定买
家输.
In future disputes, the buyer should consider the weight of the package. If
it is overweight, attention, Ebay Buyer Protection will fail the buyer
definitely. Ebay do not want to reinburse your return shipping fees.

如果用CC dispute, 凭高额的信用度, 就可以搞定!
一旦Dispute 成功以后, PayPal 会要求你补偿这个费用. 否则, 那个PAYPAL帐号, 就
永久的LOCK. 钱一旦付清, 利马 UNLOCK.
PayPal 确实是2头吃的. 不作亏本的生意! 转帐都要差不多3%的手续费, 靠, 比那银行
的存款利率还高.
