Kao, used three times and two are denied by merchants. It is imposible, and
I never had issues with those stores when I used fw, mrrebate and ebate.
Hard lession, will never use cashback run by Chinese. Last year, I lost
about $200 cashback run by a Chinese (his site never comes back again,
almost in the same period as Kevin selling USPS discount labels).
