买家发message问是否可以fast shipping，从first class变成priority，他pay extra
shipping，我说可以。不过没改价格，卖家就拍了。
请问ebay上buy it now卖了东西，在买家付款之前怎么改价格？
还是直接从paypal给买家单独多发一份差价，让买家pay？
