一大早，病人来信，说一个月前买的xbox 4G bundle今天打开是一箱子纸。这个是我自
己寄的。（要是护士寄的就更麻烦了）。货肯定是没错的。
以下是病人的信：
Last month I ordered a XBOX for amazon and a friend of mine received the pac
kage for me in Miami because I live in Venezuela and I cannot receive the pa
ckage personally, yesterday my cousin went to miami to pick up the package a
nd when he opened the box he realized that it only had a ream of paper in it
!, how can this be possible?.
I need to know how can we resolve this situation because I have been cheated
and I need an answer.

这个感觉就是活生生的骗子。现在怎么办，是我先联系amamzon。还是让他直接file A-
Z。还有就是怎么回信可以吓唬他一下。我有记录SN的。

先说你记录SN吧，说如果是真没有收到，你马上打电话吧这个游戏机给废了。
看他反应了。

让他把东西都封回去等fedex pickup,就说fedex每一步都有重量的记录.
同时让他去file police report,要见到这个才给refund.

为什么要让他封回去？是让他return吗？然后在让他file police report？。能不能给
详细说说多谢啦

这些都只是吓唬下人的,老手根本就不理,直接file a-z了

如果他file A-Z会是什么结果。amamzon一定会判他赢吗？毕竟都deliver 一个多月啦
。12月6号就deliver了，还有人签了名的

怎么查fedex的称的重量？tracking# 查到的是我写的10bl的重量。bill里面还没查个

看来就是个老手啊。我查了一下ream这个单词，意思是500张纸的意思。那不是和
bundle的重量差不多啊

老手也可以塞个同样重量的纸进去

one solution is to file claim against fedex.
