看到很多人老遇到问题，不光是这次。以前也是。STAPLES EASY REBATES 是最
RELIABLE的。问题是不能急。买完以后等2个星期再ONLINE SUBMIT,我保证你不会遇到
不该遇到的问题。我以前也说过，不过看来很少有人PAY ATTENTION.
原因我就不说了，自己FIGURE OUT.

我每次都是一下完单就赶紧rebate，怕过后忘了

not really. For in store purchase, you can submit ER immediately after your
get them. For online order, you'd better submit it after your receive the
order. My 2 liang feng qian.

已经submit了怎么办
能重新submit吗？

if there is no bug in their system, yes, you can submit immediately.
if there is a bug, no matter where you purchase, your rebate will be invalid
unless you call them or wait for longer time.
so why not always wait at least 2 weeks, in case there is a bug, many people
will call them and then they will fix it. If you want to be one of the
calling persons, then just go ahead.
