confirmed address, 有tracking #, 你就会赢的, 不用担心.
我以前有个customer, 快半年前买的东西了, 到paypal file dispute, 说是
unauthorized, 那时usps的tracking网上早没信息了, 但是, paypal还是判我赢了.
