at least yours is pending. Mine even don't show up. I send their customer
service one email about this a couple of days ago. But no reply so far.

I don't even bother to send them email. There are too many CB being missed.

I just got the response from them as below:

Thank you for contacting The Cash Back Network.
When you log into your Shopper Discounts and Rewards membership and shop,
you will be able to see in your Click History which websites you visited. We
rely on the retailers to report transactions back to us before we post them
in your account. It will often take retailers a few days or even up to 30
days after an order has shipped before they report the transaction back to
us. Once the automatic processing has occurred you will then see your
purchase listed in your Transactions.
If anything older than 30 days does not show in your transaction list then
please send us the complete email receipt that includes:
Purchaser’s Name
Merchandise price
Date of purchase
Method of payment used.
You may fax your receipt to: Attention: The Cash Back Network Team 1-203-
538-7041
Or Mail
Shopper Discounts and Rewards C/O The Cash Back Network
PO Box 855
Shelton, CT 06484
If you have any further questions concerning the Cash Back Network benefits
we will be happy to assist you.
