二手买了个verizon droid手机。今天收到，手机是新的。但是打电话去activate。 客
服说已经有个activate账号了。我不太懂，是要卖家先terminate 和约吗？还是要报失
？我联系卖家了。但是想来这里问问到底具体如何操作？

maybe the seller just don't know how to deactivate the phone before sell ?
but the worst case is that what if this is a stolen phone?

If this is a stolen phone, the owner should report to customer service and
it should be deactivated.

希望是这样。他只要取消就可以了是吧？
可是每次打他的手机都是voice mail。所以有点担心。
