The tom tom does not work on the left side of the screen. The numbers on the
left will not allow you to push 1 - 2 - or 3 to get the number 5 you have
to push the number 4. it will not allow us to pick a street from the left by
selecting letters. We have to scroll down until we see the name of street
after going through entire alphabet. The product is not under warranty
anymore. Please let me know how to fix this.
