总看见神医bso 被国际倒爷off-ebay direct paypal 骗了. 怎么骗的呢? 如果
eligible for paypal protection, 难道不same as selling on Ebay???? paypal
cover??

基本paypal啥都不cover，包括ebay上的

However, if it is eligible for seller protection, paypal will cover charge
back, right?
What kind of claim buyer will do to get money back???
