1. Buyer with last name "Chen" purchased a ipad2 from me.
2. Delivered after 5 days
3. Asked for receipt for warranty
4. Emailed receipt
5. was told sold price is more than receipt price and asked for return and
refund
6. Opened "not as described" case on ebay before I replied
7. I escalated case and forwarded all of emails and evidence to ebay
8. ebay made a final decision today.
