HI, i ordered an R1900 printer from you this week, have sent an email before
this but no reply. I plugged it in, only to find that smoked bellowed out
from the printer, STINKING my whole lounge room out of rotten cabbage, and
it would not work? My house still smells of rotten cabbage and the printer
will still not turn on? What should I do from here?
