有amazon seller收到如下email.看来大家不管是用shiprush还是其他软件，都不要设
置email notification. 原来设置了的，最好去掉。

to send order and/or shipment confirmations to Amazon buyers after acquiring
Charge When Ship functionality on your seller account.
Please note that this is a violation of our Charge When Ship policies. As
soon as you confirm shipment of an order, we notify the buyer and include
all the shipping information you provided with the confirmation. To prevent
buyers from receiving multiple notifications, we ask that you refrain from
sending separate confirmation emails.
