ebay live chat 在哪里？

有人说点customer support，里面有电话和网聊两种方式，可我始终找不到，点来点去都只有“Call us”。
我从customer support进去，右边显示Contact us，点进去就让我Select your topic，然后就是一堆没用的选择题，最后给我个“Connect with an eBay agent Call us”，那里都没出现live chat啊？

这个我google搜到过，可是好像不能用啊，现在是上班时间，可却显示：
We’re sorry, but chat isn’t available right now. Representatives are
available from 5AM to 10PM Pacific Time, 7 days a week.
Until that time we invite you to visit our help pages
Thank You.

我挨个试了遍，原来我的账号只有在selling下面选selling tools时，右边才会出现'
chat with us'，其他选项都是call us, 难怪我找不到了。你们的账号难道随便选都能
出现？见鬼了。

chat with us'，其他选项都是call us, 难怪我找不到了。你们的账号难道随便选都能
出现？见鬼了。

越来越能折腾了，每天晚上攀岩，我看她上肢力量越来越大
