She bought it from me on Buy.com, I ordered it from you for her. This was
not my first dropship order from you and I never have any problem with you
before. Go ahead and check your orders from me, you will find lots of them
and I always give you 5-star feedbacks. 30% is too high, the normal
restocking fee is 15%, unless there are scratches on the unit. Are there any
scratches?

没事，go ahead。
我喜欢dropship的，90%没问题。10%有问题的，他想退就退，20% restocking fee。

no, ONLY kill few guys From Apex which they never want to talk to you and
give you negative feedback
some dropship gave feedback as normal buyer, so why not? if your product is
DOA, then it will DOA no matter who buy it.... just record the serial
number...
ONLY those drop ship never leave feedback such Apex and DEES need to kick
them out of the market
