and have us send to his customer in California. The billing address
and shipping address are different. This item is NOT used by the
person who filed this claim, rather, he sold it to the end-user. The
person who filed this claim, had never seen/used this printer.
We have ALREADY replied to the email and ask him to direct his
customer to pursue warranty service. The official guideline adapted
from Amazon marketplace return policy as "If your merchandise is
shipped new and unopened, return should be accepted less a reasonable
restocking fee (for example, 15%) if the package is opened. If the
item is shipped as new or used and is defective or damaged upon
receipt, the buyer should report the defect/damage to you within 14
days of receipt and make return arrangements. No return is accepted
after 30 days." This order was more than 1 month old and have PASSED

I suggest the buyer to direct his customer to pursue warranty service
if there is any problem. If the buyer insist on returning it, he may

site at Amazon which sells the same printer that does not have an essential

没必要玩文字游戏，序列号对上号就给他地址让他return， 少一个本来就没有的
feature，不是defective，是 not satisfied，这个理由可以收restocking fee，官司
打到哪儿都是你赢。等东西回来再看情况处理吧。看他从哪儿寄出来，重量，等等。
