今天收到邮件

我大概是一个月前在staples买了4台p2035，填了4张trade in form，各自写上SN#之后
传真给他们的，收到label之后在二手版买了4台旧打印机寄过去的，之后也收到确认信
了。今天突然收到这个邮件，不知道怎么回事。我以前从来没有trade in过，这次是第
一次。
请问板上有碰到相似情况的吗？我上面的这种做法违反他们的policy了吗？我现在如果
去找他们理论，有可能要回来钱吗？

你会不会4个sn，有两个写重复了。。。
