royal mail里面本来有global express，但是对方说
Global Express are now taken over by FedEx. I've also been told that as the
value is over 2000, I have to call the American embassy and get clearance to
send the parcel into the states.
这样的话铁定要有关税了。。。怎么以前没听说有这事啊
