这中间这个 "Granted" 简直难以想象amazon居然会输掉这个case... 我是这样说的:
The buyer made the purchase of iPad2 on April 11, 2011 10:24:15 PM PDT, I
quickly processed the order and printed the shipping
online (at FedEx's website) on April 11, 2011 to:

824 W BESSEMER AVE
Greensboro, NC 27408-8404
US
The iPad was shipped out on Apr 12, 2011 4:34 PM. Direct Signature was
included in this shipment. I have the detailed transaction page as proof on
FedEx's website.
Based on the tracking information, the item was delivered at 10:41 AM April
14, 2011 in Greensboro, NC with details noted 'Delivered' and the item was
Signed for by: TMACK.
The buyer never contacted me for any possible issue and all the sudden today
I received this charge back notice(almost two months after the item has
been delivered and signed by buyer).
