I didn't get email but I got 100 credit. It show up when you issue a new
order.

I did not get it either. Now in argue with Amazon, I even have live Chat
record with the rep (right after I placed order since $100 is not showing in
confirmation email) says my order qualifies and will be deposited to my
account when the order ships. But yet they said they don't find this promo
offer for my order.Order received 2 days ago.

打电话过去他们说这个100是你下个单子从amazon买东西的时候会自动显示。你可以打
个电话过去问问已经apply 到你帐户上没有。

Finally got it as a one time exception, but seems it will only apply to
order over $100, Can anyone confirm this is how the credit works?
