I just received my HP Pavilion laptop from Fed Ex. A panel on the bottom of
the laptop is partly popped out of its placement. I have pictures if you'd
like to see. This is a panel screwed into place and not meant to be removed.
The shipping box shows some wear and there was only protective bubble wrap
on one side of the laptop box within the shipping box.
I'd like to return this item for a full refund.

I bought a new computer, it has worked ok for about a week. Now it turns the
monitor off and won't let me do anything else. Can this be returned??

"We received a box supposedly containing our recently purchased G72 computer
today from Fed Ex. The box was completely empty. Fortunately, my wife
realized the box was empty and opened it in front of the Fed Ex delivery man
who can confirm that the box was empty. There was no Amazon invoice, simply
a half page FedEx ground mailing label . There was nothing to indicate a
computer was inside, although the mailng label indicated an "ActWgt: 8.0
LB". It was more than a little disappointing. I hope this issue can be
addressed quickly and traced to problems either on the sender's part or with
FedEx. ".
